The noise from the adjoining rooms kept us awake most of the night.

The staff was so welcoming, making our 5-year anniversary feel truly special 🎉. They decorated our room beautifully and even provided a complimentary bottle of wine. The only downside was the noise from nearby generators at night.

Stayed here while visiting the cricket ground, which was conveniently close. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated having control over the heating. The breakfast offered a good variety, although some hot options were on the colder side. Notably, the bar was fairly priced, which was great after a busy day.

The room could use a bit more storage. There’s an open wardrobe but no chest of drawers or fridge. I found it puzzling that the Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times, which can be a nuisance for tech-heavy travelers. Breakfast coffee lines could be longer due to one machine being operational, which was frustrating during busy hours.

The noise level in public areas is unbearable!!! The combination of kitchen chaos, loud reception staff, and poor phone connectivity made communication difficult. Cleanliness in some common areas needs a serious improvement, too!!!

Had a cozy room with a nice setup and easy access to local attractions. The hotel offered free parking and the convenient location made it a perfect spot for our visit.

I had a great stay, especially enjoying the well-equipped family room and the excellent breakfast selection. The staff went out of their way to fulfill our needs, making it a memorable experience. The only downside was the somewhat cramped conditions in the room with the cot.

i’ve stayed at other hotels in southampton, but this place really exceeded my expectations for a relaxing break. the room was modern, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. the breakfast selection was fantastic with freshly baked pastries and plenty of coffee available.

the coffee machine was out of order.
